like to introduce our company Reliable Homes, Inc.
to you as a potential builder for your new home. Al John and Jack
Stephenson, the principals of the organization, have more than 40 years
experience in land development and home construction and have provided
homes for over 15,000 families on Florida's Gulf Coast. |
| Prior to
teaming up in 1984, Al Johns, a native Floridian, became the founder,
chairman and CEO of Punta Gorda Isles, Inc., which is one of the most
successful residential developments on the Gulf Coast. Al has also
developed other neighboring communities: Burnt Store Isles, Burnt Store
Meadows, also Deep Creek and Burnt Store Marina. While developing
communities, Al also served as the chairman and CEO of the Southwest
